WHAT IS A BUSINESS EXPANDER SESSION?

A 90-minute strategic and intuitive business mentorship call that support conscious, intuitive and creative entrepreneurs find clarity on the path towards their vision.

In these sessions, we develop and actionable expansion blueprint unique to your business and integrate the work with a short energetic breathwork session.

It's common for conscious entrepreneurs in the early stages of entrepreneurship and growth to feel like you are spinning your wheels and getting nowhere, to be flooded by amazing ideas or intuitive hits and not know how to bring them to life, to feel overwhelmed only find yourself doing nothing or to lack the clarity on what to do next. In this session we will anchor you into the heart of your business and build an actionable expansion blueprint to illuminate the path forward.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Conscious, Intuitive, Spiritual and Creative Entrepreneurs who have a VISION and DESIRE to create an IMPACT with the clients they serve. You are in the developmental stages of your business - this means you either have a dream to build a business or are in the early stages of growth and development.

MY METHOD

You can't think your way into your business, it will require action and accountability. To make lasting change we take a 3-pronged approach to the work:

We look at the business strategy and tactics that are best suited for where you are in your business and the vision that you have and build an actionable EXPANSION BLUEPRINT to move your closer to your vision.

❍ ENERGETICS

We look at the energetics behind what's holding you back, how you might be getting in your own way and explore how to shift the energy to create EXPANSION.

❍ INTEGRATION

We create space, through breathwork, for our session and your EXPANSION to integrate. Closing with breathwork will help you anchor into the heart of your business, open you to the intuitive wisdom in your own heart, move out old, stagnant energy and make way for new parts of you to emerge.

THE PROCESS

01. THE QUESTIONNAIRE

Before our session, you'll complete a short centering questionnaire so that I can get a feel for the heart beat of your business (who you are, what your gifts are and where you are in your business). It will also clarity on what you are looking to accomplish during and after our session. This will help me build out an expansion blueprint that provides actionable clarity and aligns with you with your vision.

02. THE SESSION

The majority of the session will focus on get centred and aligned on where you are stuck, the resistance you are experiencing and how to create momentum in expanding your businesses potential. We'll close with a short guided breathwork session to integrate the new energy and anchor you into your expansion plan. No breathwork experience required.



03. THE TANGIBLES

This is where the magic happens. Within 48 hours of our session, I'll provide you with a recording of the session, a written expansion blueprint that maps out your next steps and a collection of resources and energetic practices that will expand you into your vision and magnetize your dream client to you!

WHO AM I?

I left behind  a 16-year, high-level business + marketing career with companies like lululemon, SAP, multiple tech startups and wellness brands that felt off centre, out of alignment, to build something that created bigger IMPACT. Over the years, I accumulated pieces from the business world that I would need to serve in my business someday. At night, I would feverishly lap up anything and everything to do with spirituality, intuition, manifestation, energetics, expansion and personal development. I've done every training, course, and teaching, listened to ALL the podcasts and read all the books.

I developed SOULBODY as an expression of the spiritual and curious side of me, but always felt I had to keep the two worlds separate.  That business leader Laura couldn't sit with intuitive/spiritual Laura. What I see now is that by keeping them separate I was hiding a part of myself. These sessions are an exploration into what happens when I connect to my whole being and let both sides of me, the business mentor and the intuitive, play!

This is where the magic begins! By putting all of these piece of my education, experience and exploration together, I provide conscious entrepreneurs, the ones just like me who have a dream of living in alignment with their purpose and hold a BIG vision, a clear path to expression and expansion.
