This session was focused on CONNECTION, to self, to others. If you have practiced breathwork with me before, this is a new style of breathing that uses a CONSCIOUS CONNECTED breath pattern. It is a gentle and nurturing approach to breathwork with similar results to the transformational 3-part breathwork you may have traditionally practiced with me.
