My Approach to Meditation
The first time I found myself in DEEP meditation, I remember opening my eyes and asking to my mentor, “DO PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS? Like, how is EVERYONE not meditating?”
I felt a soul-level stillness. The hustle of life had stopped and I just….was. It was euphoric and left me wanting more. Since then, I’ve been a certified Meditation Teacher and avid practitioner. I believe deeply that our breath is the gateway into who we are (and in there we connect with purpose. And, sometimes all it takes is ONE CONSCIOUS BREATH.
My approach to meditation isn’t one of discipline and regiment, but one of ease. My hope is that I can help people build a practice where meditation doesn’t become another ‘thing’ on our wellness to-do list that we fail at. So, I set out to make it easy.
I believe the more we can build mindful moments, those moments of pure presence, into our day the more we can truly appreciate life, find the calmness and clarity we crave and get to know who we really are.
