SOUL INQUIRY: I AM MOST AFRAID THAT I...

Self-Inquiry

◬ SOUL INQUIRY ◬

This week, a theme that came up for me a lot was FEAR, so it only seemed right to do some deep soul inquiry around it. I believe to move through fear you have to get underneath it. Get to its root, you need to sit with it and see where it is coming from.

How familiar are you with your fear?

We all have it, but how familiar are you with it really.

Weekly, I provide Soul Inquiry questions for you to breathe on and to journal with, both of which are equally important to the process. These are questions we work through in the events that I hold, courses I’ve created, with private clients, and in my own practice.

This week’s Soul Inquiry

I AM MOST AFRAID THAT I…

HOW TO USE THIS //

Either add it to an existing daily ritual or start by closing your eyes and taking a few centring breaths. Once present, write the prompt below at the top of your page and allow yourself to free write. Close the practice with gratitude.

GO DEEPER //

To dig a little deeper, try to get to the bottom of where that fear came from. From childhood? A passed trauma? Are you more afraid something will happen or that it won't happen? What outcome do you fear most. You can then ask you soul for its perspective on this fear. What would your soul say?
