5-Minute Calming Meditation

I had such a positive response from the 90-second meditation I posted not to long ago, that I thought I’d give you another, this time just a little bit longer.
This is actually a meditation I recorded for my SOUL INTENTIONS workshop and wanted to share. In my opinion, 5-minutes is the perfect amount of time to build a foundation of meditation, especially for beginners. Starting a meditation practice can seem daunting, and we often think it has to be a long and arduous session, not so! I am a firm believe that meditation can be the practice of taking one conscious breath and being present in your body.
In this short, 5-minute meditation we’ll practice coming being in out bodies and connecting the breath and the body together, something we become disconnected from as we move through our day.
